1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Australia and offer shipping to New Zealand based on the cubic volume at checkout.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard Domestic Shipping (Australia):
We cap Standard domestic shipping at $12.99 AUD

New Zealand Shipping:
Shipping to New Zealand is based on the cubic volume at checkout.

3. Shipping Options

At checkout, we offer two choices for shipping:

Standard Postage:
Shipped with Australia Post.

EXPRESS Postage:
Also through Australia Post, for those who need their items quickly. Please note that selecting "EXPRESS Postage" doesn't mean your order will jump the queue for dispatch or be shipped instantly. It means that once dispatched, your order will travel through the Express Post network of Australia Post, generally providing faster delivery than Standard Post. We appreciate your understanding that we can't bend time, and we thank you for your patience!

4. Combining Shipping

While we understand the appeal of combining shipping, please note that we are a compact but mighty team here at Melco. To ensure we maintain our efficiency and service quality, we unfortunately can't combine shipping when multiple orders are placed.

5. Wholesale Orders

For wholesale orders, shipping is charged at cost. Please contact our wholesale team at support@melcofabrics.com.au for more information and assistance.

6. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, Melco Fabrics takes no responsibility for the items going to the address listed.
