We strive for your absolute satisfaction with every Melco purchase. However, if your order doesn't quite hit the mark, we're here to help. We know that buying fabric online can be daunting. That's why we offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee (does NOT apply to Custom Printing that hasn't followed artwork requirements). If the fabric you receive doesn't spark your creativity or meet your standards, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. It's our way of ensuring your peace of mind with every purchase.
Please note that the refund amount will be less the original shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unworn/unwashed/uncut condition, just as you received them.
We're confident you'll love our products, but we also understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we make our return process as smooth as our fabrics!
Care
Please follow the care instructions as outlined in product description as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly.
Colours
The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by Melco Fabrics due to variances beyond our control such as computer monitor settings.

| File Format | All artwork files must be submitted in either JPEG or TIF format. | |
| Resolution Requirements | - Artwork must be provided at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI to ensure optimal print quality. - In the event that artwork is submitted at a resolution below 300 DPI, or if enlargement of the artwork is requested, Melco Fabrics shall not be held liable for any resulting diminution in print quality |

| Colour Profile | - The preferred colour profile for all artwork submissions is CMYK. - Customers are advised that variations in color may occur due to the characteristics of different fabric bases. It is strongly recommended that customers order a test swatch prior to placing an order for larger quantities. Melco Fabrics shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies in colour if a test swatch is not ordered, or if the colors of the final product do not meet the customer’s expectations. - Melco Fabrics does not make adjustments to the colours of the submitted artwork and will print the design as provided by the customer. |

| Artwork Scale | - All artwork must be submitted at the correct scale. - Melco Fabrics will print the design at 100% of the supplied scale unless otherwise specified by the customer in the notes section of the order. Melco Fabrics does not provide replacements, refunds, or any other form of compensation for orders that do not comply with the above-stated guidelines. By placing an order, the customer affirms their acceptance of these terms and conditions and waives any claim against Melco Fabrics for issues arising from non-compliance with these terms. |

| We will always be available to discuss designs and work with you in the process before ordering/printing. By placing an order with Melco Fabrics, you hereby acknowledge and agree to the preceding terms, and Melco Fabrics will not be liable to provide a refund or replacement if Artwork Requirements have not been met. |
If I find a fault with my order, what should I do?
If there is a problem with your order, please send as email to our team within 14 days of receiving your fabric.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, and in the same condition you have received it.
If 14 days have surpassed since receiving your order, or it has been altered from the condition received, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund of exchange.

Once the fabric has been received by our team it will be inspected. We will then send you an email advising of the next steps.
Please note we only accept returns via Australia post tracked postage.
